 Twenty years are that we take the small family of "Queixos Pacita " elaborating a product craftsman who is born in Galicia, in the lands lucenses of Friol. In our pastures to more than 700 meters of altitude, there are fed our cows and sheeps, of which we obtain a milk that we use to do our cheeses and that possesses quality certification.We have a traditional and limited production, because we think that the most important thing is to guarantee always the quality and the exquisite flavor of our variety of products. The result of our work are our cheeses, and our biggest pride to know that every day they are more estimated in the market.
